Who we are
Magical Portraits Studio is a woman-owned photography company based at 217 Casa Blanca, San Antonio, TX 78215, serving San Antonio and surrounding Texas communities since 2002. You can reach us at 210-224-5553 or spi@signaturephotographyinc.com. Our parent and order support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, download our planning guide, submit a fairy experience inquiry, or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about the photography services you are interested in. For the Magical Portraits fairy experience, this may include the participant's name, age, number of participants, occasion, and preferred timeframe. For school and preschool orders, we may collect student and order information necessary to fulfill your request. For corporate and event inquiries, we may collect organization name, event details, and estimated attendance.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver photography services, process orders and reprints, provide customer support, and send relevant follow-up about your session or order. We may also use non-identifying information to improve our services and communications.
How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as our local lab for print fulfillment — but only to the extent necessary to provide our services. Image use & marketing
We may use non-identifying session images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill orders, and respond to support requests. School and preschool archive images may be retained to support late orders and reprints. If you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will accommodate your request where possible.

Children's privacy
Our services include photography of children. We collect information about minor participants from their parents or guardians through inquiry forms and school programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we strive to safeguard your data.
