1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the photography services and fairy portrait experiences provided by Magical Portraits Studio ("we," "us," or "the Studio"), a woman-owned photography company located at 217 Casa Blanca, San Antonio, TX 78215. By requesting a quote, booking a session, submitting an inquiry form, or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Magical Portraits Studio offers photography services for all events, small or large. Whether you are wanting a small, intimate studio portrait session or have a large event with hundreds of attendees, we are the professionals for you. Our services include the Magical Portraits fairy portrait experience, newborn, maternity, portrait, high school senior, school, preschool, volume, corporate, event, wedding, film, and creative photography in San Antonio and surrounding Texas communities.
3. Inquiries & quotes
Submitting an inquiry form or requesting a quote does not constitute a booking or a reservation. A session is confirmed only when a date and time are agreed in writing by both parties and any required deposit or confirmation is received. Quotes are provided based on the information you share with us and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing is not published online and may vary based on session type, coverage, location, and product selection.
4. Bookings & scheduling
Session dates and times are confirmed only when agreed in writing by both parties. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred dates, but availability is not guaranteed until a session is confirmed. For school and preschool picture days, we coordinate scheduling with your administration or director. For the Magical Portraits fairy experience, sessions are appointment-based and scheduled through our San Antonio studio.
5. Rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel a studio, wedding, event, or fairy portrait session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an alternate date. School and preschool picture day rescheduling is coordinated through your school administration. Weather and unforeseen circumstances may require on-location session adjustments at our discretion. Current rescheduling details may vary — contact us for the latest information.
6. Orders, prints & reprints
Print and product orders are produced through our local San Antonio lab. Order deadlines and delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of ordering. If you miss an ordering deadline, contact us — we can often support late orders or archive requests. Retakes are available where scheduled; please contact us to arrange one. Available portrait, print, display, and image options are explained when you inquire or after your session.
7. Image ownership & usage
Magical Portraits Studio retains ownership of all photographs and digital images created during a session or event. Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased images, which permits printing, sharing, and personal display. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images without written permission is not permitted. We may use non-identifying session images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
8. School & preschool picture day
For school and preschool programs, each student receives a personalized order form with an access code for online ordering. Parents and guardians may contact us directly for access code lookup, ordering help, retake scheduling, and archive requests. Orders are delivered sorted by class and teacher to simplify distribution for school staff. Free staff prints and staff class pictures are provided where applicable.
9. Magical Portraits fairy experience
The Magical Portraits fairy portrait experience is an appointment-based, immersive photography session. Wardrobe, accessories, available fantasy themes, portrait options, and current experience details are explained when you inquire. No payment is collected through the inquiry form. Session inclusions, duration, and product availability are confirmed during consultation and may vary.
10. Pricing
Pricing varies by session type, coverage, and product selection. Quotes are provided based on the details you share with us and are confirmed before a session is booked. We do not publish package pricing online; please contact us for a personalized quote.
11. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
